End user terms
Working Days for Jira is licensed under the Atlassian Marketplace standard end-user agreement — the Bonterms Standard Agreement that Atlassian offers to Marketplace partners.
Read it here: https://www.atlassian.com/legal/end-user-agreement
No separate or bespoke licence applies. When you install the app from the Atlassian Marketplace, that agreement is the contract between you and the partner named on the listing.
The documents that go with it
The standard agreement refers out to the provider's own policies. For this app those are:
- Privacy policy — what the app receives, what it stores, and what it does not.
- Security overview — where the app runs, what it can reach, and what it cannot.
- Support policy — hours, response times and how to reach a human.
Data processing
The app runs entirely inside Atlassian's own infrastructure on Forge. It holds no customer data outside Atlassian and transfers none to any third party, which is why there is no sub-processor list to publish. The privacy policy sets out exactly what is stored — working calendars, and nothing else.
If your organisation requires a signed data processing agreement, contact maxim@gordienok.com.
